The Bee and The Blossom

Cherry blossom season came and went. In two weeks, the trees flowered, the flowers dropped and the green leaves took its place. Such is the nature of time. It marches on.
It’s May, my favourite month, because everything is optimum. The weather is warm but not uncomfortably so, the flowers are out but the pollens not thick, and the popular insect are out of hibernation, but the annoying ones haven’t bred yet. Except, this year, everything is different. Spring came for all of 3 weeks, and then it turned cold. The bees came out, and then went back in in. The Robbins returned, then retired immediately. Everything is out of sync. Everything is.. off. And of course you already know why. It’s the weather patterns. They’ve confused the earth. Everything is mismatched. Winter is colder. Summer hotter. No intermediate. Bees have to go father in search of nectar, birds have to cover more distance to find food. Species going extinct. And the culprit? The cause? Why climate change of course.
But you know that already don’t you? You know how bad it’s become, right?
You’re talking steps to ensure a sustainable future, and you know the gravity of the situation. You’re climate conscious. Every little bit helps. Together we will become the change. We are the change.
Right?
Right?
right guys?
guys?
